The Humble shall inherit the Land and Peace

Psalms 37:11 - But the humble shall inherit the land; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.


Like sleeping on a matter or forgetting it does not mean being patient, so also being passive or surrendering to other's ideas or ways, or compromising in the truth does not mean being humble.

Humility means staying in the truth and helping others to prosper in body, mind and spirit. It may call for compromising in the way of execution, manner or behavior but at no cost calls for compromise in truth and cause.

God humbled Himself became man, He compromised on His glory and His throne but never compromised on the truth, the purpose of His coming as man or His principles.

When we imitate God it pleases Him, His favor is shown on us and His anger gets dispersed, so peace enters into our lives.

Lord, we are your children and it pleases You to see You in us. Lord as we reach out unto others help us to discern our ways and purpose that we do not lose on the big things which is the truth and purpose, to please man and land up doing harm than good. Lord, guide us and give us more of your Spirit and wisdom...
