The House of Ashtaroth

1 Samuel 31:10 - And they put his armor in the house of the Ashtaroth; and they fastened his body to the wall of Beth-shan.


Ashtaroth was the center of the temple of goddess Ashtoreth. Ashtoreth was a goddess worshiped by the Philistines, the Zidonians and Phenicians. This same goddess was later worshiped even by the Israelites and was called by them as the Queen of Heaven.

Today this same goddess is still worshiped by Christians especially the Catholics and she has come in the deceptive form saying she is the mother of Jesus and will lead us to Jesus. But when you scrutinize her words with the Bible one would find she speaks against what Jesus preached and which the Lord said through His Prophets. There is a very nice documentary titled 'Message from Heaven' which deals with each official Catholic Church accepted statements of this goddess in the forms as Fatima, Mother Mary, Queen of Heaven, Perpetual Succour etc.

Ashtaroth is not limited to the Catholics only but even the Believer Churches have not totally come out from the deceit of this image which the beast (Prince of Tyrus) has put into the lives of Christians because he desires people to worship him as god. Many Christian celebrations have been infected or distorted by this spirit since the coming of the Catholic Church and still continues. For example Resurrection Sunday was changed into Easter Sunday after this goddess Ashtar / Ashtoreth for even the Romans used to worship this goddess on the same day. So thus the real message of resurrection of Jesus got replaced with cross buns, eggs and bunnies etc. which were associated with this goddess.

It is written in the Bible in the last days when the Catholic Church starts to repent from its ways, just then the chief Anti-Christ will come and killing the last Pope will become Pope. The Anti-Christ with his knowledge of dark powers will make this image to manifest in the flesh and those who do not worship it will be put to death.

Previously I too was in the trap of this goddess when I was in the Catholic Church but when the Lord revealed to me the deceit and the depth of its infection throughout that Church, I came out of it.

Talk to a Catholic about the Bible and the first question they ask 'do you believe in Mother Mary?' They call themselves her children not knowing that she / it is against Jesus and that they are calling themselves children of Satan the beast.

It is time to come out of this deceit and throw images and photos of this goddess where it belongs - the dustbin. When I was a Catholic I would not even dream of doing such a thing and would find it blasphemy or insult to a mother son relation. But when I came into the knowledge of the enemy in disguise there does not come even a thought across my mind while doing this.

Lord, we prayer for your sheep who are under the mark of the beast, under the deceit of beast. Lord, let them know that You alone are El-Shaddai our spiritual Father and Mother, our everything. We pray the yoke be broken and their hearts not hardened and they come into your Light...

Judges 2:12-15
12 And they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the LORD to anger.
13 And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtaroth.
14 And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers that spoiled them, and he sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer stand before their enemies.
15 Whithersoever they went out, the hand of the LORD was against them for evil, as the LORD had said, and as the LORD had sworn unto them: and they were greatly distressed.

1 Kings 11:5-8
5 For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites.
6 And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the LORD, as did David his father.
7 Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech, the abomination of the children of Ammon.
8 And likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt incense and sacrificed unto their gods.

1 Samuel 7:3-10
3 And Samuel spake unto all the house of Israel, saying, If ye do return unto the LORD with all your hearts, then put away the strange gods and Ashtaroth from among you, and prepare your hearts unto the LORD, and serve him only: and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.
4 Then the children of Israel did put away Baalim and Ashtaroth, and served the LORD only.
5 And Samuel said, Gather all Israel to Mizpeh, and I will pray for you unto the LORD.
6 And they gathered together to Mizpeh, and drew water, and poured it out before the LORD, and fasted on that day, and said there, We have sinned against the LORD. And Samuel judged the children of Israel in Mizpeh.
7 And when the Philistines heard that the children of Israel were gathered together to Mizpeh, the lords of the Philistines went up against Israel. And when the children of Israel heard it, they were afraid of the Philistines.
8 And the children of Israel said to Samuel, Cease not to cry unto the LORD our God for us, that he will save us out of the hand of the Philistines.
9 And Samuel took a sucking lamb, and offered it for a burnt offering wholly unto the LORD: and Samuel cried unto the LORD for Israel; and the LORD heard him.
10 And as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the LORD thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel.
