Be of the same mind in the Lord if your name is in the Book of Life

Philippians 4:2-4 - I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord. And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life. Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

Like Paul requested each person given unto him by the Lord to minister, today the Lord is calling you by your name and telling you to be in the same mind; the mind of Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus as man had one purpose for all things that He did and that was the glory of His Father in Heaven. Even though He knew one day He was going to be glorified about all mankind and creation, yet His focus did not change.

We all know that one day we will all enter the Kingdom of Heaven and be apart of the Body of the Lord in Heaven. We are the bride which will become one with our Lord. We are the New Temple within which God the Father will dwell.

But that should not make us carefree, lack caution or lessen our efforts. We should work with the same or even more enthusiasm, cautious of every move of the enemy. The Lord's promise and not our life or the pleasures of the flesh should be our guiding star. All things we do, project unto other or aim for in our lives should be for the glory of God the Father. We should remember that we too will one day be glorified when the Son of Man Jesus will take us unto Heaven in victory over sin and death.

[ Prayer Starter ]
Lord God, You are God of mercies. Even though we hurt You and rebelled against You through out generations, yet You loving heart in its mercy forgave us. You blessed us and bring us unto You by your Son Lord Jesus Christ. Lord, help us be focused and not loose the true understanding of why You created us and let us not get lost in this world which is just a illusion...

We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[ Reference Scriptures ]
1 Corinthians 15:51
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? {grave: or, hell}
56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
