Thy God whom thou servest continually will deliver you

Daniel 6:16 - Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.

It was under King Darius that Daniel served as one of the 3 commissioners and latter was made the main in charge over the whole Kingdom.

Even though Darius was not a believer of Jehovah God yet he could experience God through Daniel.

We call ourselves Christians but become one when people can experience God through us.

We say we are the Temple of God and God dwells in us. The truth is that God is everywhere, so how can God be in us?

God is in us like God was in the Tabernacle in the Old Testament. God was not only in the Tabernacle but the glory of God was so strong in the Tabernacle that the presence of God was experienced there.

The Candle Stand represented the Holy Spirit, the Showbread represented the Son of God but only when the Ark of Covenant was present was the glory of God manifested and God spoke through the Ark. If one really studies the Ark of Covenant, it design and its contents, it did not represent God the Father but the 'Cause' of Christ (of whom we are a part of), which in Greek is translated as 'stauros' [cause / stand].

When we baptized in Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, and do the 'Cause of Christ' as we are called to; then only is the glory of God seem in us and people see Christ in us.

When the Israelites carried the Ark and kept the Commandments, no army or force could harm them in any way. Even in greatest of the battles they did not lose even one soldier. But when they did not keep the Commandments or did not have the Ark among them they faced serve casualties.

Baptism of the Holy Spirit is a continual process like the Israelites following the Pillar of Cloud. It starts with us surrendering to the Spirit of God and making a decision of follow Him. As we follow we grow in the Spirit of God and mature.

So let us mature Christians, believing in Jesus Christ, having the real Ark in us show the Lord to the world by the glory of God on us.

[ Prayer Starter ]
Lord God, You dwell in us like You dwell in the Tabernacle. Lord like your glory was experienced in the Tabernacle so also let the world experience You among your people. We pray Lord that your people know You and your Spirit and let more and more of the hold on to the real Ark...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
