Do you reflect Christ?

Exodus 4:16 - ..... thou shalt be to him instead of God.

This scripture indirectly is what got Jesus out of trouble. In John chapter 10 when Jesus said He and the Father are one, the Jews got very upset. They came to stone Him to death.

John 10:33-36 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Jesus referred to Psalms 82:6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

Today we too are called to be sons of God. Like Jesus represented God on earth and Moses represented God to Aaron, we too are called to represent God to those who do not know Him, can not communicate with Him nor experience Him. To do this we ourselves need to live a righteous life only then like a mirror we will reflex God to other. We call ourselves Christians which actually means little Christ. But ask ourselves do others see Christ in us? Do I change the lives of people that come in my contact like Jesus Christ did? When they saw Jesus they saw the Father, what do people see when they see us?

[ Prayer Starter ]

Father God, make me like Jesus your Son. Help me to continue his work on earth to bring his sheep unto Him. Change me inside out and all around. I ask this prayer in the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
