Called wherein, abide therein

1 Corinthians 7:24 - Brethren, let every man, wherein he is called, therein abide with God.

If you understand God's plans for man's salvation then you will understand why you have had a very different life and also all the experiences you went through (some God allowed, some we forced on ourselves). Each one of us is called for special missions; therefore God calls us from different areas of life and from different situations. Primary we all are doing the same job but our style and approach may differ, so do not be disturbed by people different ways of preaching, as far as the message is the same.

Previously I use to wonder why I went through so much in certain areas of my life, and then I realized that I was to be a testimony for others in those areas by overcoming them.

You may be from different lifestyles of society and now the Lord has touched your life, being in the same section of society, you need to live your life as a Christian. (This is a very general directive, it may not hold good for all, but that is only if you are given a clear instruction to move out of that surrounding, till then this holds good).

So let us be a testimony for Christ, living in the surroundings (not physical but related to our living) we are called in.

Lord, I am special to You. You have great plans for me among the people who are going through the same experience You have brought me out of. Help me reach out to those people and testify how great a God You are. I make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others. (All rights are with God)
