If not love, let fear bring sense

Psalm 90:11,12 - Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath. So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

We always have known God as a loving and merciful God.

No doubt that our God is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, abundant in goodness and truth, but we fail to see that God does remember everything and at the end after giving enough of time to repent, He does take account of all the wrongs.

Even in the case of Satan; God even after knowing that Satan will not repent, God gave him a thousand years to repent but at the end God knowing all things has already written what will be done with Satan.

The worst punishment is not those who do not know Him but to those who knowingly reject Him and His ways.

When we do not let the love of God change us and grow closer to Him, then let the fear of this truth bring sense into us and change.

[ Prayer Starter ]
Lord God, You did all things in your love and mercy to change us and bring us closer to You. Lord, there are many who are far from You and thinking them know You, they do not know You. Lord, open their minds and bring sense in them that by fear they change and known You...

We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Exodus 34:6,7
6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering [slow to anger], and abundant in goodness and truth,
7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.

Revelation 20:1-3
1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

Revelations 19:19-21
19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
