Where all will the Lord come and bless you

Exodus 20:24 - An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee.

Today's message got me too shaken by the show of concern the Lord has for all of us. In continuation of the messages we have been receiving from the Lord, today He is telling us where all He is going to bless us and that decision He is giving you and I to make. I do not mean that we make a prayer with a list of the areas, No.

I put in my very long mail dated 13-08-08, when the scriptures say SHALL / SHALT it means not we alone are to do it, but the Lord will be a partner (the main partner) of doing the process. We need just to initiate and be part of it, handing over the reins to Him and following his instructions.

Sacrifices were made to sanctify or make holy. We need to identify all areas we want the Lord to bless and sanctify it and when we do it we are literally writing the Lord's Name on it. And all the areas where the Lord sees his Name, is blessed.

How do we sanctify?
The word 'sanctify' means to set apart. Let me take two examples, if we want the Lord to bless our workplace we need to identify all the infections that are there. Things, which are not according to the Word of God and we are a part of. Things which we felt were not right and still we continued doing, today is the day we should call on them and stop them. Another example would be our relation with another person; we can write the Lord's Name on it by sanctifying it.

Now I like you to make a list of all the places you want the lord to bless. Identify what is wrong in that area that needs to be set right and with the Lord's help start to work on it.

Remember none of the tasks you need to do by yourself, take the Lord's help on every step of it. Again, He is the one who is going to do most of the work, not you.

Lord, I thank You for your mercy and love which You show by blessing me. I want You Lord, to help me in this task of sanctify the area which I have been anxious about. This I ask in Jesus' Name, Amen.
