Be Overcomers

Revelation 2:17 - He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.


Sorry today I will be cracking a false concept in among most believers. I do not blame them for this problem but those who thought them this.

One of the most favorite scripture of 'prosperity Gospel' is 2 Corinthians 8:9 "For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich".

First understand the definition of poor means one who lacks. Jesus never lacked, He had all what He needed, even when He needed money to pay for the taxes God provided Him through a fish. What does a man need to live?

What the scripture means is that God the Son humbled Himself to become mere man so that we can be lifted up and become Sons of God.

Now about provisions the Word of God always promises all your needs will be satisfied. About the extra the extra is just over the overflow line and this overflow is not for you but for you to give those who are in need around you. That shaken down pressed is still in that vessel not in another additional vessel meaning lacking nothing. Therefore if you have been blessed abundantly please pray more because that extra is your test.

Understand we as Christians need to overcome and overcome our carnal desires. And the abundance is not going to help us overcome but in fact make it even more difficult. Realize the first thing that bought a very, very spiritually anointed being like Lucifer (you will understand this only when you come to know who he was, not what people know of him) was attack of the worm greed. He did not desire wrong things but good things, the only problem was that he desired it without purpose and this abundance bought pride and other worms in him.

The danger is not in bad things only but even good things having no purpose. God created this universe and every particle of dust to every cell of our body with purpose.

All purposes change according to time therefore will not help us overcome. It is only when we overcome our desires with the one and only purpose that never changes will we become overcomers; the purpose being the purpose of Christ - The CROSS (not crucifix but reconciling mankind with God, of which the crucifix was a part and our CROSS is our role in Christ's purpose).

To those who overcome is given the hidden manna. Hidden does not mean not knowing but means which is impossible for man to receive or get by any or every possible efforts that man can try. They are no something we can earn but are given free to those who overcome. These hidden were made known to me a few weeks back and this helped me understand the purpose of Christ well. In today's mail I would not be able to put them down but will do as the Lord leads me (you can pray for that and it will happen).

In those days a person voted by putting a pebble (stone) in a collection box / bag. Stone represents right or authority and Jesus put this symbolically in the parable of the prodigal son by a ring. The white stone is the authority we will have as Sons of God by the true Name of the Lord not yet known to man but only to the Sons of God.

Lord God, by your grace and love You found it worthy to make mere man into your Sons. By your humbling Yourself, You lifted us up for this we thank You. You knew that it would be impossible for man to enter the door You opened by your sacrifice on the crucifix, thus You gave us your Spirit. It is only by your Spirit that man will be able to overcome and enter into your inheritance. We pray Holy Spirit help us stick to You and be led by You so that we become Sons of God...

Ezekiel 28:12-19

13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.

17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
19 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.
