The Lord will not leave us until He fulfills His promise to us

Genesis 28: 15 - And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.

Jacob who's name in Hebrew means 'heel holder' or 'supplanter' was a cunning person full of deceit, but because of the covenant the Lord had with Abraham, the Lord changed him, transforming him to Israel - in Hebrew means 'He strives with God and prevails' but if you break the words 'Israel', it is formed from different words; 'sar' meaning prince and 'El' depicts God. In short it can be put together as 'as prince having power with God and with man, and prevailing.'

If the Lord can make Jacob to Israel then surely He can change us too. He assures us that He will go with us and keep us in our homes, in our work place, where ever we go and bring us into our prosperity. Prosperity not only financially, but also emotional, health and spiritual prosperity.
