Things are just starting in Egypt

Isaiah 19:1 - The burden of Egypt. Behold, the LORD rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it.

About 2 years back a great Servant of God from America who works in Egypt among the down trotted of society, like Muslim widows and their families and especially those who left Islam to know Christ. These people are outcast from society according to the Islamic laws; hated and treated like the lepers were during the time of Jesus. This Servant of God was in India that time and was hopeful the Arab Spring would end and thus allow him to continue his work, but then I told him that things had just started and would continue for a long period of time. When I referred to the scriptures concerning them he was deeply saddened.

Today people may be thinking with all that has happened till date there is not much worst that would happen. We have seen utter destructions of countries like Libya and Syria, and going by what scriptures state I would not be surprised that this would be the state of other Islamic countries. I have a feeling all will end when this hits Saudi Arabia.

Today the Word is against Egypt. Even though a lot has happened in this country, with mass public protests and over throwing of one regime after another, yet things have not yet started. We have seen of late the Muslim Brotherhood being banded by the current regime; this will cause this group to remove their false mask of decency and show their real ugly face of terror like their prophet who in the start came in peace but later showed what he really was. The Muslim Brotherhood should not be under estimated for they are more well connected then the Al Qaeda. This group has grass root connections to local mosques and Quranic teaching schools and institutes not only in Egypt but all over the world, even in America. They can stir the nest more than what a terrorist group like Al Qaeda can.

People may be worried about the Coptic Christians in Egypt. This group is more Catholic than Christians. They believe more in traditions than in the Bible / God. They are more like Jews believing in Christ but not leaving their Jewish ways of life. It is sad many Muslims come out of Islam but land up becoming Coptic Christians. They come out from the hot pan and fall into the fire.

People of God understand there is no Jewish Messianic Christians like there is no Muslim Christians or Islamic Christians. A Muslim or Mussulmen or Mohammaddan is a person who follows Mohammad and no person following Mohammad can also follow Christ at the same time. Jews are people who follow Moses and anyone following Moses or are disciples of Moses can be disciples of Jesus Christ. Moses spoke of Jesus but the Jews prefer to follow the man Moses and not the one who he spoke of.

There is either a Christian or not a Christian (period). A person who is a disciple of Christ following Christ is a person who has rejected this world and its ways. He or she is a person on a mission to gather the lost sheep of God and return to God. For such a person life has yet not started; his or her life starts when he or she is with his or her Creator and God.

[ Prayer Starter ]
Lord, You are God and in your wisdom You set all things. Your plans baffle even the beings of Heaven. They await the impossible results but they know You never fail. You have set your people through this fire called world so that they are refined and purified into pure gold. It is You Lord, who holds our hands while we walk through this fire...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Isaiah 19:1-4
1 The burden of Egypt. Behold, the LORD rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it.
2 And I will set the Egyptians against the Egyptians: and they shall fight every one against his brother, and every one against his neighbour; city against city, and kingdom against kingdom.
3 And the spirit of Egypt shall fail in the midst thereof; and I will destroy the counsel thereof: and they shall seek to the idols, and to the charmers, and to them that have familiar spirits, and to the wizards.
4 And the Egyptians will I give over into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts.

John 9:28-29
28 And they reviled him, saying, "You are his disciple, but we are disciples of Moses.
29 We know that God has spoken to Moses, but as for this man, we do not know where he comes from."
